This document was allegedly found July 7th, 1986 by a Boeing employee. While I do not consider it to be a genuine document of “the elite,” I do think it lays out their plan fairly well.

All science is merely a means to an end. The means is knowledge. The end is control. Beyond this remains only one issue: Who will be the beneficiary?
